If the Bug-A-Salt is more than 2 years old, we will do our best to satisfy our customers on a case-by-case basis.

Please do not disassemble your BUG-A-SALT or do anything stupid like put sand in it as this will void our warranty policy.

Can I return my Bug-A-Salt for a refund?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know the details by filling out this Support Form. If possible, we'll be happy to offer you a refund.

How about the accuracy of the blaster?

  • Up to 1 meter is ideal. Practice accuracy by using aluminum foil as a practice surface to see the salt spray pattern.

How many salt blasts before I have to refill?

  • The Bug-A-Salt takes about 70-80 salt blasts before you need to refill.

Can the Bug-A-Salt kill mosquitoes?

  • The Bug-A-Salt is extremely effective at killing mosquitoes.

What is the best lube for the Bug-A-Salt?

  • Vaseline is best used when it comes to maintaining the plastic. Simply apply to the handle of the pump mechanism. WD can also be used.
