Cancellation Policy

At Bug-A-Salt we understand that circumstances can change and you may need to cancel your order. The following points describe our cancellation policy:

Cancellation before shipment

  1. If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us at as soon as possible. We will make every effort to stop the order from shipping and you will receive a full refund.
  2. If the cancellation request is received after the order has been processed for shipment but has not yet shipped, we will attempt to stop shipment but cannot guarantee this. If we are unable to stop the shipment, please refuse delivery. The package will then be sent back to us. Once we have received the returned items, you will be refunded.

Cancellation after shipment

  1. For orders that have been shipped but not yet delivered, you can refuse to have the package sent back to us. After receiving the returned items, we will process your refund.
  2. According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, when selling online or other distance selling, you have the right to cancel the purchase of a product within the 14-day "cooling-off" period, starting the day after you received the product, without giving any reason. Cancellation after delivery
